Rosario, the owner of this business, arranged to come walk through my home and to find out what I wanted done within a few days of my call. She let me know cost at that time and scheduled when two young women would come clean; and they arrived at scheduled time. Rosario texted me when they were nearing completion and had me inspect their job to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. They did a great job! I was most pleased with my wood flours which shone like they never had. Their cleaning of tile shower was also impressive. I would highly recommend this cleaning service and will use them in the future for deep cleaning.😀

Rosario provides a trustworthy and reliable cleaning service that does excellent work. That's the summary for those who need a TL;DR version. We had Rosario and her team clean our home biweekly for years. We'd still be using Queen Bee if not for the fact that we had to move out of state. Their work was always well worth the money--and much more meticulous and customized than the franchise cleaners. We have cats and dogs (so deal with pet hair), work long hours, and it was hard to keep up with the cleaning as much as we would have preferred. Rosario and her teams were always a huge relief. It was so nice to know that after they came our home would be in good order. Rosario always addressed any issues right away, and she has a meticulous eye for cleaning and high expectations for everyone on her teams. She is also great about communicating regarding both scheduling and payment. It was easy to keep a regular cleaning schedule, and we always knew we could count on Rosario to ensure a good job was done. She even came through for us in a huge way for a last-minute deep cleaning to list our home for sale, with her team going above and beyond to make the home sparking for listing photos. Rosario - I wish we could still be in Lincoln!! We'll return one day and we'll hope to return to Queen Bee!!

She and her crew delivered as stated by her satisfied customers. I have a commercial kitchen in my home and the grime can build up quickly. I didn't know my workspace could look so good.
