Took a class at The Training Room with Kevin l as my trainer and yeah… I get the hype now.
The workout was dialed. Smart exercises that actually make sense, challenging without being reckless, and paced perfectly. Kevin’s instruction was super clear and motivating without being annoying. You always know what you’re doing and why you’re doing it, which matters when you’re already gasping for air.
The community is elite too. Everyone’s locked in, supportive, and bringing good energy. No weird gym vibes, no ego, just people trying to get better together. Add in the fact that it’s in a sick Atlanta location and it’s honestly hard to beat.
Left absolutely cooked in the best way possible. If you’re looking for a legit training experience in Atlanta, this is the spot.
