Had a few issues logged with Woodard properties on Tuesday 03/24 and had such an amazing experience 48 hours later we had a visit from the maintenance team specifically Ronnie and Randall and all I can say is exceptional service. The guys were very friendly, quick and sorted out all of my issues within an hours time. From looking at our listing the first day with Hez Dillon till now, the only words I have is exceptional and professional. I would recommend Woodlands properties to anyone in the area and if you can request to work with these three gentleman I would definitely recommend it. Absolutely stunning services. Thanks guys.

Looking for housing with Woodard Properties was an incredibly positive experience. In particular, Hez was exceedingly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process, answering every question I sent his way and being very upfront about leasing terms and costs. He is incredibly understanding of the student experience of searching for housing and was willing to work around common points of stress to help me find the apartment that worked best for me. Absolutely would recommend!
