I stopped buying the warranty/maintenance programs offered by the Dealerships. Don't know if it's just bad luck but anytime I listened to anyone from a dealership they returned my vehicles with more problems than it had when I brought it in, or make it a hassle to make an appointment and kept my car for days. I decided to take one of my vehicles to Bob Thomas Automotive, they located the problems and fixed them immediately. I now take all my vehicles to them and feel secure knowing that I have true professionals keeping me safe on the road.
